Subject to the following terms and conditions, DC Metals, Inc. warrants to the Buyer that the workmanship will be covered under warranty for five years.
If upon inspection by DC Metals, the Roof Covering shows premature deterioration or defect because of workmanship within the five year period stated herein, DC Metals‘s liability and Buyers remedies are limited at DC Metals‘s option to the providing of repair material for the original Roofing or credit to be applied towards the purchase of a solution, the value of these remedies being determined by DC Metals based upon the number of remaining months of the unexpired warranty
